Terms of Service

Current access and scope

Ordinary application features are currently free for Farmers, Egg Traders, Feed Distributors, Veterinary Doctors and Other Poultry Businesses, including multiple businesses, sheds and teams. Ordinary access does not require a subscription purchase, trial or upgrade. Ownership, permissions, verification, blocking and connection consent still apply.

Public poultry articles remain free without an account. Paid promotions and service purchases are not activated. If future optional offers or access terms change, their applicable details will be described separately before activation.

Accounts, teams and business permissions

Use accurate account and business information and protect your sign-in credentials. Account sign-in uses verified email and a password. Team sign-in uses the generated Team ID and the individual member's password; temporary passwords must be replaced before ordinary business access.

Owners choose team business and action permissions and can share team credentials manually with the intended member. Do not share an owner's password or use another person's identity. Respect business isolation, connection approvals and restrictions. Removing or blocking access does not remove the underlying business and financial history.

Records, invoices and payments

Review entered quantities, units, rates, dates, costs, corrections, invoice details and reports before relying on or sharing them. Stock and financial results depend on the recorded movements and confirmations. Corrections should retain the relevant transaction and audit history.

Payment entries record payments reported or acknowledged by the parties. PoultryFlow does not collect or transfer money through these ordinary workflows. A saved invoice or payment entry does not independently establish delivery or an external bank transfer. The parties remain responsible for checking their own transactions and documents.

Prices, weather, articles and professional work

Market prices and weather depend on available sources, locations and update times. They can be delayed or unavailable. pPrice is a PoultryFlow suggested price and is not an official NECC price. Check current supplier/buyer terms and local conditions before making business decisions.

Articles and forecasts provide information rather than guaranteed outcomes. Veterinary records and platform verification do not replace professional assessment or responsibility for clinical decisions. Users should describe their qualifications, products and services accurately.

Community rules, consent and manual sharing

Share only content you have permission to use, and respect other people’s privacy.

Do not post or send illegal content, sexual exploitation or abuse, threats, harassment, hate, graphic violence, scams or spam.

Use accurate business and product information. Do not impersonate others or mislead buyers.

These rules apply to Community and Bazaar posts, comments, groups, business messages, profile pictures and other shared uploads. Before sharing new content, each signed-in owner or team member must agree to the current rules. We record the actor and the version accepted; an owner's agreement does not stand in for a team member's agreement.

You can report objectionable posts, comments or groups from their content menus, and block or mute another business. Use Help & Support to report a message or profile concern, with the business or content reference. PoultryFlow may remove content or restrict accounts after review. Reports are private and do not automatically remove content. Blocking stops new ordinary interactions while preserving existing transaction obligations and permitted history.

Upload and publish only content you have permission to use. Respect other people's private information and connection/group choices. Publicly shared content can be copied or reshared by its audience. The platform can restrict access or moderate content through its existing review and blocking controls.

Copy, download, print and share controls are manual actions. Automated SMS and WhatsApp delivery are not provided by the current application. Review the destination and contents before sharing. Private records and messages are not provided to advertisers.

Data, retention and recovery

The current service uses Vercel hosting, Supabase authentication/database/Storage in the existing Mumbai project, and GitHub source/deployment management. The Privacy Policy explains the information handled and the sharing controls.

Account deletion is available from the account menu and poultryflow.in/account-deletion after password verification and explicit confirmation. It removes private account data and sign-in access through a tracked cleanup process. Limited shared financial, clinical, message and security evidence may remain as described in the Privacy Policy; deletion does not settle obligations or remove other parties' copies. Confirmed deletion cannot be cancelled or restored through the app. Export important records before confirming. Database and Storage recovery remain separate; no backup certification, uninterrupted availability or guaranteed recovery is promised by these terms.

Use in-app support or contact support@poultryflow.in for account access, record corrections, deletion requests or questions about these terms. This page describes the current service as of the date shown. Changes to relevant features or policies will be reflected in updated notices.
